Linda Mackay, an actor in her early years, re-trained and transitioned to a therapeutic role that led her to a 14 year career at the University of Waterloo and another 14 years in private practice in Stratford. Linda’s own yoga and meditation practices led her to trainings and certifications in Hatha Yoga, LifeForce Yoga, IREST/Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She has been a supporter of PAL Stratford for many years and is delighted to offer this community accessible chair yoga and meditation.
